The best GPU for performance is the Titan XP currently (if that's what you're looking for)

If we are talking value a used 980ti would probably get my vote

 

Or we can talk about the gtx 480 and 580 being the most meme worthy gpus

you don't have to make a poll. it is clear that Titan X pascal will be the winner. The poll is useless imo
