Build planning For a Friend

I'm somewhat confident with my abilities to choose hardware, but when helping a friend I like to double check.

That's the build I made. He has a bit more budget, but he doesn't really care much for graphics quality. I want to give him an easy upgrade path, so older mobos are kinda out of the question. What do you guys think?

THe only thing id do is spend anouther 20 on a better wifi adapter, cheap ones suck and will be slow.

I don't know about that because I had a shit wifi adapter a few months ago but it still worked like a charm, the adapter was from trendnet in 2005.

gaming, newer games but graphics doesn't matter as much

i would suggest a psu with more watt. you can see 450w is just okay with i3+470. if he wanna upgrade later, he most likely will have to get a new psu. also, why mATX with a mid tower?

The 200R us a great beginners case, and the mobo is inexpensive and fits all the criteria
