I have three monitors right now.

1) LG 21:9 Ultrawide 2560x1080p Display (IPS and code is 25UM58-P)

2) I have two Dell 1440x900P monitors that are TN but i dont know there names.

This is how the monitors are set up right now.

But when i go into games it only launches in the main monitor, how do i make it launch in all three?

You need to enable Surround or Eyefinity or do INI edits. I wouldn't do triples with two different vertical sizes.

What game in particular?

actually might not be that bad with that setup considering most games fisheye on the out skirts of the peripheral vision

but might limit himself to 5440x900 resolution

you normally need all the monitors to be the same

Nope. Eyefinity can work with different resolutions and different models and brands of monitors.
