All USB Ports on motherboard randomly fail.

Hello, all.

About once a month, all USB ports on my motherboard cut power and do not work until I restart my computer. I don't really understand what could be causing this other than hardware failure possibly? The motherboard is beginning to age, and is a Gigabyte Z77-HD3. My CPU is an i5 3750k.

Thanks!

Zack
