Last Intel CPU series to fully support DDR3?

I am tossing around the idea of an SLI system using my current DDR3 RAM, and was wondering what the latest CPUs to fully support (not Skylake) DDR3. I would need to get the motherboard and CPU obviously but Im invested $80+ in my current RAM and looking at getting 2 more sticks for my current project.

Yup, haswell would be the last one to fully support DDR3

Tell me about the Xeon please? Does it support BLCK overclocking? I know people generally dismiss the Xeons, but if it'll overclock and support desktop RAM it may be worth a further look.
