No, as stated above the 2011 and 2011-v3 chipsets are NOT compatible. You cannot put a 2011 chip into the -v3 socket either since the cutouts are different.

Nope, but you could look on ebay for a used x79 mobo.

Thats the problem I.cant find new.parts "discontinue ho  gaya" also cant find used parts online.(ebay craigslist olx and quikr)

eBay will have them. You can't find new parts because they're old.
