Wow you guys are suprising me. You're missing the part were this characters bodied was modeled it after a real person who did NOT give the developers permission to display her nude in the game. It's her body, if she doesn't want it being seen in this way, and made no agreement for it to be seen in this way, then she has ever right to demand it be taken down and the game be patched to fix this immediately.

I think people are missing the issue here. She agreed to have the character modeled after her, but she never agreed (and it wasn't intentional) to be able to see the character completely naked. If you look at it from her POV, the whole world has seen a character modeled after her naked, then I am pretty sure you'd be pissed as well (if you were famous). Sony basically leaked nude photos of her.

 

I don't get the people that says "it's just boobs lol" either. Think of it this way, would you want naked pictures of you hanging in your school everywhere, with your full name under? No? But it's just your body! There is a reason they are called "private parts".

Give it a few more decades and we'll be able to. In the case of porn actresses or other people in porn movies, they are almost as "fake" as anime characters and the chance that you will even meet them are pretty much the same as well.

Seen the pictures and yawned. Maybe I've seen so much on the internet that I'm a 'doctor' in a sense, the human body doesn't really do anything if someone is 'just nude'. These aren't leaked nudes, it's a nude model created in a program. I would not consider them the same.

 

There are countless photoshops of nude celeb faces onto a porn stars bodies on the net that this is negligible (especially of her, I'd say those are far more noteworthy than a game model, but that's me) . If she only posed for the 'face model' and wasn't modeling nude, I see this as no different than a dodgy shop. Not excusing Sony, but I'm also against frivolous lawsuits and the like. Digital nudes are not the same as actual nudes.
