Gigabyte (Z97X Gaming 5) Q-Flash Stuck at 1%

I was overclocking my i5-4670K, and after a sudden blue screen of death while booting, I wanted to go back into the BIOS. When I tried this, the BIOS wouldn't show up, and it would just reset. I then thought I could resolve this, by doing a Q-Flash update, updating the BIOS, which was actually already up-to-date, so 'updating' version F7 to F7. Now the Q-Flash program is stuck at 1%, which is also seen on the picture. I have let it run now for half an hour, and still is on 1%. It says not to reset the system, so I am scared to do so.

Looking in hindsight, I should've done a clear CMOS, but I am stupid enough to do this.

So could I just reset the PC?

I would argue that's the only solution at hand if it's been stuck like this for a half an hour.

And as soon as you pull the plug... 2%...

Just turn it off and check for errors.

Unplug any USB and see if it starts going, if not... luckily Gigabyte has backup BIOS for this very reason and on the next reboot "hopefully" the backup BIOS will copy over to the corrupted one.

Well guys, got great news! I reset the PC, and as DunePilot said, the backup BIOS kicked in, and now everything is reset in the BIOS. I still got my files so I am happy! :) Thanks again! Was to scared to do it myself.
