I'm looking for your opinion on best keyboard + mouse + headset + mousepad set. Budget is very high, just looking for the best quality. I know it's easy to pick and choose between the brands, but I'm just trying to find a one brand setup so everything is matching. The brands I'll consider are Razer, Logitech, Corsair, Steelseries, G.SKILL, Roccat.

Why buy a headset if your budget is very high?

I say AT-2020, 2i2, WASD V2, zowie EC, glorious gaming mousepad, hd 558/DT770

I'm sticking to all of one brand. Technically it's not mine, I'm just a representative for a rich kid who knows not much about technology.

If it's really high, here would be my recommendations:
Corsair K95 RGB. (Switch is entirely up to you)
Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum Mouse
Feenix Aria or AKG K702 with Razer Seiren.
Glorious Extended Mousepad.

Same deal. I'd like to stick all of one brand.

This is what I'd consider pretty high-end:

Corsair K70 LUX RGB keyboard (or K95 non-LUX if you want macros)

Logitech G900 Chaos Spectrum mouse

Sennheiser G4ME ONE headset.

“sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic still going to require driver rollbacks when it stops working for no reason“

But why? If there is money to blow you could certainly get far better stuff when it comes to audio, even if its a Headset, like for example Sennheiser´s Game Zero, or Mousepads like the ones from Artisan.

I would probably go for all Razer if he's wanting one consistent look. Corsair, Logitech etc. often don't match in terms of the different peripherals.

Contrary to what some people will try to tell you, Razers products are exceptionally good. I doubt he would be disappointed by them.

He's not a huge tech person, he probably won't notice a difference.

Yeah, I'm a big Razer person so I agree with you. I'll definitely be discussing the options.

Especially if he doesn't know a lot about tech.
