SSD nearly full?

So I've got my SSD, 120GB. For some reason, it was at 15GB free space, I checked today and it's at 2GB. I have no idea whats using the extra 13GB?

 

Can someone help?

Empty your trash, and if you have Steam it will automagicly update games even with 10+ GB of update to be done (as long as there is space) so it could be a recently updated game/program.

Like was this brand new and it has 15 GB of space left or have you been using it?

Also check your disk management and see if there is any partitions being unused

It's set to "system managed sized"

Games are installed on another HDD

The SSD isn't new. I've had my system for 2 years now.

Ah okay. did you check your disk management to see if there were any parts of the SSD that haven't been put into a usable partition?

System restore can also take up a big chunk of space without you knowing.

I just checked. And it's turned off.

If you don't set your computer to hibernate, disable hibernation. It should save a lot of space.

spacesniffer is good for seeing large files you may have forgotten about.

If it's turned off, you should definitively turn it on....when you get back some of the space on your drive that is. 

Use a program like SpaceSniffer to find what's taking up all of the space on your hard drive.

2) use ccleaner to delete temp files

3) clean system files https://www.maketecheasier.com/recover-free-space-windows-c-drive/

4) use windirstat to see what else is using up space

Done. Got 9GB of space.
