Is 8gb ram enough?

Is 8gb ram good enough even for AAA games  at 1080p ?

8 gb is enough, but 16 gb won't hurt for high end games either. Ram isn't usually expensive.

8 Is a bit minimum so would also recommend to get 16 right away. 16 However seems to be more then plenty for normal usage scenarios in most cases, so no need to upgrade that then in the future

Yes, 8GB is enough. More won't make your games preform better, just increase some system speed. That said, if you could fit it in your budget I would it helps with other system stuff some and I think is worth it.

Just go for 8gb now, its enough at the moment. Get another 8gb kit later on

RAM doesn't make your system faster if you have more than enough.

yes. 8gb is enough.

It depends on your use, if you want to only play, 8GB is enough, if you want to play while listen to music, keep some tabs open and other stuff, I'd go with 16GB

Which is only helpful to get up and running after a boot and for programs you frequently use.

 

And it's also useless if you have an SSD.

8GB isnt enough anymore. For Games like BF1 you need more.
