Im wondering is it possible to put a computer inside a ps2 slim case with today's technology

If you want a ibm compatible x86 system, yep you can, you might not get a ultra fast system, but it will fit.

Probably not as it is proprietary and not standard sizing. If you did, you would need to cut much of it up to fit IO ports.

what kind of pc we talking like a gaming pc or just a normal pc i mean you could putt a raspberry pi inside pretty much anything

A miniITX mb might fit. but ofc you gonna have to heavily modify the case of the PS2. And your certainly not getting a dedicated gpu in there...

I doubt any PS2 came with a 3.3V power supply as the line was phased out long before the time of 3.3V chips (ie: Pentium-90 P54).  So that would be another problem as well with fitting a modern ATX motherboard.

someone actually built a custom pc with a  water loop into a ps or xbox case on this forum but i cant seem to find the thread
