So,  as the title states. You have to come up with a build thats under a $100. The peripheral can be new or old upto the creator.

- Remember the price is ony for the tower no Keyboards or other stuff.

By this challenge, some of you whom are rich in Computer knowlege can help people like me and many others to build a pc.

the whole point of the challenge is to make a cheap pc partlist by yourself not just searching for refurbished/used computers

put a little more effort into it and make your own using used parts

(if anyone wants to call me a hypocrite for saying this i am working on my own build, its taking time because i am putting actual effort into it)

Man that's going to be rough. $100 is what most idiots in my area want for their 7 year old laptops on Craigslist lol

Im 100% agreeing. Im not a pro at this but i think this is a decent build.

CPU: Q6600 2.4 8M

Mobo: Dell optiplex gx520

HDD: WD 160GB 7200RPM

PSU: Kentek 450V ATX 12V

Ram: 4GB DDR2 800MHZ

Case: Dell standard mid tower

Cpu cooler: 2200RPM LGA 775 cooler

here are all the parts.

*snips eBay links*

Pretty much any gpu will work from all price ranges (mind that PSU). I personally think 50-200USD within that range you can get a killer card but again this is just me your sweet spot may wary.

It is possible to build a nice cheap PC(Location may wary), after this you just need to smack a good GPU and playing games, not at the highest of setting but still your playing... .Again its only for people whom don't have enough cash to spent on computer.

Total estimated cost= 90USD
