Is it just me or is Linus like super aggressive when handling pretty much any piece of hardware?  Maybe hardware is tougher than I think and I'm too delicate with it? It always makes me nervous when he is like "look at this $5000 GPU" as he like waves it around hahaha

yes, linus is too hard on his hardware. I'm even too scared to handle a LGA 775 CPU Cooler that the pin broke out xD

The cost of those parts is very small for a company that size.

The entertainment he does outweighs the potential cost of a couple broken parts.

He's done this for so long that it really doesn't matter much to him.

To be totally clear I'm not complaining about it but just noticing it and saying it makes me nervous watching sometimes haha.  I couldn't care less if he busted the parts in the videos, that would probably make an entertaining series of videos "watch me bench mark this rig - then destroy it" haha

Linus does not care.

Those products have been to 100's of other's just like him.

And the cost of the product is very small, the mark up is huge.

You should have seen him with that $5000 GPU, it was funny. Short vid.

He is rough on shit he dont pay for :)
