When Turning On TV My Triple Monitor Setup Flashes

Waffles!

Hello, I have a s Sony Bravia 4k tv and when I turn on it causes my triple monitor setup to flash for a few seconds then it goes back to normal. All the monitors are plugged in an EVGA GTX 1080 using dvi, 2x dp, and 1 dp to dvi. I also have a vive but it still does it with it plugged in. Anyone know how to fix this as every time I turn my monitors on it crashes my file backup program (EaseUS Todo) Thanks!

Can you describe the flashing? Is it like a repeated and or timed flash or just rapid fire? Could you record it?

Yeah, when I turn on the 3 1080p monitors dont flash but when I turn on the 4k tv it causes the monitors to turn black for about 1s then flash to my desktop wallpaper, go black for another second and this happens about 3 more times then everything goes back to normal

I believe it's a power issue, have you tried connecting your monitors in a different place in the house.

I'll try before I got to bed but it doesn't happen all the time, only when the monitors have been turned off for a few hours then it flashes when I turn them on. Also the monitors are connected to a UPS.

How is your TV connected? Do you use Displayfusion? It could be that the TV is changing the display config so that everything matches correctly.

Is the TV itself being recognized? As in the model shows up and the driver is installed? Are the 3 1080's being used in surround mode?

I assume they flash when the TV turns on or are you plugging in a monitor/tv while the system is on and running?

According to your first post, how your monitors are connected correct. Is the tv connected via hdmi or no?

So when you turn the tv on is it already on hdmi input or does it have to be cycled?
