Small Business Computer Build

Hello, I am completely new to the forum and I am excited to do a build. I am wanting to build a computer for my girlfriend as she owns her own business. Recently within the last year business has picked up significantly and the computer she is using now is an off the shelf cheap all in one from best buy. She needs something with lots of storage (for saving photos and documents). We want to be able to travel and still have access to her work computer remotely as well. I am wanting to have a secure box that the tower can go into so it is secure in the home office. Programs that she mainly uses are Quickbooks and Microsoft programs. Having the ability to remotely log into the computer would be a huge plus. Any suggestions and input would be a great help. I am looking for something that is fast and has good storage. Also what is your input on running a RAID 1 or RAID 5? Since it is a business computer keeping stuff backed up is also a concern. Thank you for any help. My girlfriend is a property manager is that gives any insight into the type of activity that she does on the computer. No crazy video or music editing or gaming.

Is it mostly storage you need? Not speed?

If so I'd suggest getting an SSD and a few hard drives.

http://pcpartpicker.com/list/QNjFZ8 run a software raid 5 on the hard drives and use the ssd as a boot drive. I may have  gone overkill on ram but I don't know how much they use.
