Windows 10 won't boot after power outage

Half an hour my system was working just fine, i was watching some YouTube videos and then the power went out.

Now that it came back, i'm trying to start my PC again but it just will not boot on Windows, it shows the ASRock Splash screen, Windows logo, stops for a bit and stays like this:

How can i get it to boot again? I haven't tried much yet, just moved the RAM dimms around...

Looks like your windows got corrupted and you need to clean install.

I was thinking about doing this, thankfully i still have a laptop where i can get the Windows ISO. Thanks for the tip!

No worries! The steps I would do in the windows install media is first run the troubleshooting tool, next go to cmd prompt and type sfc scannow. That should fix it.

try taking out the bios battery or reseting it, you never know and its only takes a few mins.

I tried that, it didn´t work.
