You should never update the BIOS unless you're battling with a specific issue that the update is intended to fix. You're only adding a point of failure to the system and risking bricking it. But to answer your question, with such a modern board, it's no more or less risky to skip to the newest.
The drivers you can update however you want. Skipping to the newest is just fine. But Windows 10 should update them automatically tot he newest validated WHQL version. As in, the manufacturer may or may not have a newer available, but Windows hasn't verified it's fully stable.
Personally I'd just leave the BIOS as it is and get the Chipset drivers via Windows update.
