i picked up cpus , gpus and mobos for that money used before , even a 4gb stick of DDR3

Depends on where you are willing to go for it, for 5 USD you can find some really cool deals at flea markets and thrift shops.

RGB strips would be my suggestion. Maybe a cool mousepad? You can design your own pretty easily and cheap these days. I have one with Moss from The IT Crowd.
