Hello Folks,

The idea of this thread is, to ask a messed up question and see what the answers are.

Please keep this thread as kid friendly as possible.

My question: Would you kill a person, if it was legal and for what reasons?

Greetings!

Like the OP said, lets keep this kid friendly, since I'm curious to see people's answers to some really strange questions

Would you like to be a 'bo from the Depression?

Not the best I could think of, but I read a book about a girl "being one" a while ago, and I got really interested.

bo=Burnout? or what exactly, i don't quite get it .. ^^

My question: Would you kill a person, if it was legal and for what reasons?

It would probably depend on the current emotional state, whether or not there is anything to gain from it, and what I would lose from it. Killing isn't a good form of revenge IMO  ;) I've never understood why people kill for revenge, it seems so counterproductive to me.

As a question, if a woman with a bun in the oven and a toddler were about to be killed, which would you save? (I believe there's a correct answer there)

Wow..hmm I would say the toddler because if I would safe the woman she would complain her whole life long that a toddler got killed because of her...

Correct answer but wrong reason. Try thinking logical and less morally.

Nobody else wants to answer difficult questions  <_<

A hobo.

Some things they did, "jump" trains, salvage food from bakeries and such when the food was not exactly perfect at the end of the day, and did stuff like making marking for others to know what was there, so making a few signs to say, "A nice old lady who has a pet cat lives here." according to the book...

well sound like they are more social then most people nowadays :)

so yeah I would, maybe for a week or two, but not my whole life.

So what is the ''correct'' answer? ^^

From a technical standpoint, the question was fundamentally flawed because I didn't say how old the child is, and to an extreme not the gender either. Most importantly I had to leave out the fact that she was early in her pregnancy which would make the answer obvious to many.

Neither the baby nor the mother are guaranteed, she could have a miscarriage, abortion, maternal death, or possibly infant mortality. In which any of those cases the toddler is more 'valuable,' except where the woman dies in childbirth, however that still carries the risk of infant death, defect, and becoming an orphan (another flaw since I never stated if the toddler is fostered.) Since the child is already a toddler, it's not likely for him or her to suddenly die compared to an infant.

well, that was unexpected..xD

yea, you'd have to think of it only with biology and statistics, though your edited post is better than before and correct just in a different wat.

Would you rather kill 2 family members or kill 3 random people?

Would you cut a finger for someone dead to come back to life? (Your choice)

Two family members, no contest.

Yep, I'm that messed up. Although any of you that have sisters will know...

Yes I would.

It sounds kinda fun.

My dignity's worth more than $20.

Depends which family members.

I don't really have anyone who has died that I would want back to life. I'd do it if someone I loved died unexpectedly not of natural causes and there would be no weird catch, like they still have a harpoon stuck through their face or something.

I'd save the bun before it got burnt.

Really though, I'd save the toddler because it would probably have more influence in the world and the woman would be more likely to save herself than the toddler.

I don't get it, do we ask a question the the user under us answers? btw..whats with the dark questions? How about something like..."if you could go anywhere without needing oxygen and still live, would you go to space or the deepest part of the ocean"

nah you can answer any question you want to and you can ask question when you want to.

and to your question, I would go to the deepest part of the ocean.
