Should I get the Gtx Titan?

So there is a good pc I found, with a gtx titan card, i7 6700k, 16gb ram.

My question is, is that a good video card for gaming?

I don't plan playing 4k since I don't have a 4k monitor.

Better buying that pc with that card or with a gtx 1070?

Go for a GTX 1070, save your self some money. And you don't need an i7.

The original titan gets outperformed by the rx 480 if im correct so dont buy it if it is pure for the titan

No the RX480 is GTX 970 performance. The 1070 is titan performance.

No 4K, no need for titan. 

1070 is great for 1440p 60FPS or 1080p 144Hz
1080 is great for 1440p 144Hz
Titan is great for 4K

This is true if u want to playu with maxed out settings. If u are willing to reduce some of them u can be absolutely perfect with 1070 for your needs.

If you can stretch your budget and get a GTX1080, I guess that would be your best bet for a 4K screen. The GTX1070 will also manage fine, but you will have to make some compromises on graphical settings for the more demanding games.
