Would a 6500 bottle neck a 1070 on a 1080p 144-180Hz monitor on LoL and other various FPS like H1Z1 or The Division?

i would personally get a 6600k but the bottleneck wouldn't be huge and with a gpu like a 1070, you won't feel much of a difference

For high refresh rate gaming, you want a heavily OCed 6700k with fast RAM to boot. The CPU is going to limit you here pretty hard.
