Help picking a water cooler

Hello people of the Internet, today I asking what do you think the best water cooler is. I'm going for a black and white build with a 1300$ ish budget. Right now I have the Thermaltake water 3.0 ultimate listed but I don't have much knowledge in this field. I wanted a EKWB P360 but I can't afford that at this moment. I want to beable to expand in the future and maybe reuse some parts for a custom loop. My main purpose for water cooling is clean looks and overclocking my I5- 6600K cpu. My Build my case can support a 360mm radiator. What is your thoughts? Thank you for reading and have a great day!

Well, I personally like the Corsair H100 V2 because it fits in every color scheme as it has RGB lights, but IDK.

Can you fit a 280 rad?

Because the H115i and X61 are two of the best.

H110i or H115i for a 280mm AIO, if you can't fit it, H100i is the best.

The only good quality 360 rad AIO is the EK predator but it's so expensive you may as well build a custom loop at that point.

 

The 280 AIOs from NZXT and corsair are very good quality, tons of people use them with very few issues, and 140mm fans are usually quieter too.
