FINISH THE BUILD LOG!!

It is way to over due, Linus needs to finish the video for the 2012 build log. Please finish it before 2014, PLEASE!!!!!!! Maybe you could take the car to work and put it in there for a live stream?

There has not been a official one with the whole rig with the glass in place and running.

Well he needs to do a serious upgrade. Didn't he have like a GTX 480 or something? Don't you have a spare 780 or Titan lying around somewhere... He should also get like an Ivy Bridge-E and a bunch of Dominator Ram

He has to keep all the gpus on hand for benchmarking future games he can't just grab one and use it for personal use.

Okay. I'm pretty sure he can spare enough money for a 780 tho.

He is not that rich. By the looks of his home and his likely position on the corporate ladder at NCIX that he would have some money but he also recently started his own business and I have to imagine he has sunk a lot of money into that to get things started.

Didn't he say his camera setup was over 10 grand?

Pretty sure he was running a 590, and from owning a 580 I can tell you that for the supposedly small amount of gaming (if any) that he has time for that is pleeeeenty good enough.

he was gaming at 1440p not sure if he is now but yeah

 

 

his rig will last him till 2015 at least before it won't meet his current needs of number crunching, web browsing light gaming and uploading

He is running Ivy-E, 3960x and a 590 which is still plenty for single monitor gaming.

I have a feeling he will eventually upgrade once Star Citizen is out.  He loves that game (at least for now).

I don't see why Linus needs to upgrade his rig - he admits he doesn't play a lot of games anyway. Am I wrong?
