Hyper 212 EVO (Cooler)

MSI 970 Gaming (MOBO)

8GB RAM (Memory)

1TB & 250GB HDD; no SSD (Storage)

EVGA SUPERNOVA 650w GS (PSU)

Planned build:

i5-6600k (CPU)

MSI GTX 1070 AERO 8G OC (GPU)

Dark Rock 3 (Cooler)

MSI Z170A SLI PLUS (MOBO)

Geil. SUPER LUCE 16GB RAM (Memory)

Get a 212 EVO cooler

ASUS Z-170A mobo

Get CORSAIR LPX RAM, never heard of Geli Super Luce, doesn't sound trustworthy

Its a great build but i would recommend you to buy a 750w psu to be future proof because in future you might be using 2 1070's in sli.

I would keep the 212 EVO instead of buying a Dark Rock 3 and use the money to get a 240GB SSD.

I'd say it is fine as it is. The way GPUs are becoming more power efficient, I see no need to get a bigger PSU, if anything new GPUs will use less power. As for the memory, it is also fine. Maybe you could get something slightly cheaper if you get 16GB of memory in a 2x8 configuration instead of 4x4, in the performance department it would be exactly the same, since the i5-6600k is only dual channel. And unless you intend to SLI at some point, maybe a motherboard that doesn't support that function may be more cost efficient.
