What do you mean mature answer? Does PC component contain anything immature?

First off is CPU. 6950 is still doing a good job in most game today

Which PSU exactly. If not a good brand you need to upgrade it too

well the cpu or gpu first, then get an ssd and maybe a case fan. and the gpu and cpu both suck so idk what to do first, but maybe cpu

Upgrade path should be something like this:

1. Get a boot SSD

2. CPU/GPU

3. GPU/CPU

Depends if you do more gaming or more work but CPU and GPU could both use upgrades. If you can't do both right now maybe get like an RX480 or GTX 1060 and wait another year and then upgrade your CPU and probably mobo as well.

You haven't specificed what it is your doing.

To most low-end computers most people say installing an SSD is the biggest difference. I run a high end rig, before I had an SSD I would wait 40 seconds for my 4790k and gtx 980 to boot. Then I bought an SSD, my boot time is like 4 seconds now.

That said, if I were you I would just save for a new build. I'm not a fan of gradually upgrading a low end machine, I would much rather save and all out go on a high-level machine. If you gradually upgrade low-end components you'll never have a good build because the components you upgrade will just get outdated before you've fully upgraded .

Main Rig

CPU: Ryzen 2700X
Cooler: Corsair H150i PRO RGB 360mm Liquid Cooler
Motherboard: ASUS Crosshair VII Hero
RAM: 16GB (2x8) Trident Z RGB 3200MHZ
SSD: Samsung 960 EVO NVME SSD 1TB, Intel 1TB NVME

Graphics Card: Asus ROG Strix GTX 1080Ti OC

Case: Phanteks Evolv X
Power Supply: Corsair HX1000i Platinum-Rated

Radiator Fans: 3x Corsair ML120
Case Fans: 4x be quiet! Silent Wings 3
