Not bad, but invest a little more into a water cooler, Get another case fan as they are very noisy. I have two of them in my rig and they sound like airplanes.

Not bad at all. Personally I'd go for a bigger screen size (and either higher resolution or go with an ultrawide) with a rig in that price range, especially since your editing, but that's based entirely on user preference. Nice build.

kingston v300 isn't a good ssd at all, change it to something else.

Terrible read/write speeds. The trion 150 or hynix sl308 will be much better choices.
