Final decision, purchasing today, help.

My two primary uses for this PC are as follows

I will be streaming from my console using a Elgato HD60s.  This requires a CPU intensive PC and an on board integrated graphics card, thus no dedicated GPU.  

Also right now I do basic video editing and may do basic to moderate levels of editing in the near future.

I have a white, black and accented with red setup.

 

I am a novice in this area so the two builds mentioned here are from suggestions from different posters last night. Just wanted to get final opinions from everyone.

i would go for the 67 non k build , its so much cheaper , but when rendering a decend overclock can make a good difference , but if its worth 300$ is up to you , id rather wait a few extra seconds and save me the 300$ for a nice GPU when needed
