My son has a number of games in his Steam library that he doesn't play. Some have never even been launched. I'm aware of Family Sharing, but that could be problematic for me to play his library on my own computer because he is signed into Steam more often than not. 

 

I've google'd but the latest thread I've been able to find with "answers" is 2013... most are older.  The question is:

 

Can he transfer games to my account?  If not, could I buy the next game he wants with my account, then trade it for something in his library that he doesn't play?
