Mirillis Action Website Down?

GoldenEagle
Go to solution Solved by malon,

Try this

  • Go to the start menu
  • Search or Go to the Control Panel
  • Click on the internet options there
  • Click on the ‘Advanced‘ tab there
  • Tick all the options
    Use SSL 2.0
    Use SSL 3.0
    Use TLS 1.0
    Use TLS 1.1
    Use TLS 1.2
  • Click on Apply & Press OK button there to save the configuration

otherwise clear your cache, reset your pc time, add mirillis to firewall exeptions

I really want to get the Mirillis Action recording software but when I go on the website on chrome it says

This site can’t provide a secure connection

mirillis.com sent an invalid response.

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

On firefox it says something similar.

I even tried on Microsoft Edge.

On internet explorer it says

This page can’t be displayed

Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://www.mirillis.com again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4 (link for the details), which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator.

What do I do?

On the top I click on the page icon and it says "your connection is not private" meanwhile every other site has a lock sign and when I click it it says it is private.

it somewhat sounds like you are trying to access the site without a secure connection. In this case you are missing TLS.
Just for fun, just try to go on http://mirillis.com/en/products/action.html (So not https but http) but that might be some wired bug you have on your computer.

I'm not sure what to do about it. Are you using any kind of VPN or are you browsing through the TOR network?

No TOR, no VPN, I can access every other website just fine. I went to your link and it is just a white screen.
