Define S, personally. 3: You can hide away the harddrive behind the motherboard panel thing, it has an epic price, and can be sound-proofed further very easily.

Ok. Personally i think the black/black is the most stealthy for a gamer. Throw some red lights in it and BAM! You got a nice attractive case! :)

Full black.  You can then add your own color with lights and such.

Keep in mind the more black you have, the more visible the dust is.

Then its also easier to clean. You can see the dust, but i get the point you're trying to make. :)

You look at all the fan grills and orient the fans to suck air in (a dust filter would be smart for those fans) or to push air out. If you have 5 fans i would set 3 to intake and 2 to outtake to make the air pressure positive inside the case.

Personally I like the White and Black or the Red and Black. If you do pick the Black/Black, please do note it comes with a tinted window.

In my planned build, I'm going to do the matte black/full black h440. Looks real nice. I might add an NZXT hue+ later on and set it to white.
