Will those parts work together?

Will all of this work together? Should I add something or replace it? Does it fit in the case? Are the stock coolers enough? Please tell me :)

Should all work, except you have forgotten a CPU cooler.

Dont see why they wouldnt. The only imcopatibility problems seen on computer builds is the motherboard, when they choose poorly socketed ones. Not here...

The unlocked CPUs do not come with a stock cooler and they are very bad for overclocking anyway.

Power supply is more than enough. A system like this will only draw about 360W.

Its decent, although 500W would be enough. When replying to comments, quote other users so they get a notifaction and can reply easily.

Go for something from EVGA G2/GQ/GS or any Seasonic. Not this one. I think you went for CS650M or CX650M. Dont.

If you're ever unsure about power consumption or compatibility in general, it's a good idea to make up your build using PCPartPicker. Here's an example of your build being made on PCPartPicker:

Hey yep, this should fit everything just fine, the case is ATX, so is your Motherboard so it should fit. Also the case specs say it can support a 380mm card, and the 1070 G1 Gaming is 280mm. (Typical Width and Height too)
Your PSU will definitely fit aswell.

The case has two 3.5Inch Bays for Hard drives and four 2.5Inch Bays for SSD's

The CX650M is fine... It's one of the newer models.

The Hyper 212 won't fit in the SPEC-ALPHA but the H7 will, just did a build for a friend using that case.

If you like the case just get a CRYORIG H7 and everything will fit just fine, the H7 is a good cooler for the price and is actually a little better than the 212 EVO.  After working on a SPEC-ALPHA personally I definitely recommend it, not my style as far as looks go but it's really easy to work on and the usual Corsair quality.
