Ubuntu Help

Go to solution Solved by Slaeowulf,

If you have a CD Driver (I know disgusting) can I just put it in and it will install or just get drivers from the website or do the search?

If it includes a Linux driver then go for it. If not, use the part #'s from there to find the driver online.

Is there a way to get any printer to work with Ubuntu 13.04? I dont know how and im just wondering because I sorta need to print stuff for school.

Yes printers can work with ubuntu, is it not being seen when you hook it up? if you do a search for printers there is an applet that helps configure them. it is simply called printer

If the driver doesn't install itself, Google it, find your driver, install it and you're sorted.

Ha, didn't notice that. Edited.

In my defence, the "s" is next to the "x"  B)

I do like the idea of a Linus driver, though.
