While gaming it may decrease performance

it only goes up when it's in use, so some program is accessing the vram, and then the memory clock speed goes up, when it's done it goes down again

It's not a problem

 

You can see in the beginning the memory stays up there

 

Then when you stopped gaming it didn't need to run at full speed so it went down

I am in game now and it is the same low and get low frame rate

If your game starts to stutter, go to wattman and set the power limit to the highest ti can go

Looks like your card is running hot

but it would make more noise I do not like to have head phone turn up loud not confort able to me

Well, it's a compromise then. Performance for noise.

 

If you're feeling adventurous, undervolt the GPU and it will throttle less for the same performance but may become unstable (crash) if you go too far

I try mess with the seting and got a lot of crash  and it is non reference modle  that I am get how much do you think I can get for it I am think 220$

That is the reference cooler

 

If you have crash in your games, that's a problem with an overclock or with the GPU itself. You can RMA it

 

Since it's used I don't think you can get more than $200 for it

the only problem it would take 15 day for me to get my money and I would not be able to play game can if they find out nothing is worng can they send it back to me and charge me shiping
