Asrock x99 Taichi vs Msi X99A Mpower

so i was kind of looking to get an x99 motherboard and ended up with these two . can anyone recommend one over the other as i cant find much about the taichi as it is new.
I might as well try some overclocking but i dont know anything about the overclockability of the taichi :D if u want to recommend and other x99 motherboard please do :) 
Ps. i will be using this build for video editing / rendering + gaming 
pls help !

If you just want to do normal overclocks then any x99 board will do but if you want to run fast memory and an efficient high frequency overclock then you need a board with the oc socket.

so u suggest the Mpower or it is not an oc socket as well ? :)
