Upgrading or totally rebuilding pc

HolaImBob

So ive been looking to upgrade my pc for a while now, but im not quite sure what parts i should be buying or if i should be building another pc.

my current pc specs are:

i3 4160 3.6Ghz

MSI GTX 750 ti

8GB Hyper x DDR3 RAM

Asus H81M-P motherboard

Corsair VS-450 PSU

I live in the UK but can have some parts sent to a US address then shipped, only if the item is significantly cheaper in the US (most of the time they are cheaper). currently have £175 / $225 for upgrades, but if a full rebuild is needed then i can sell my current PC parts.

I mainly use my PC for gaming, playing mainly cs-go, sometimes GTA V and Just Cause 3.

Currently have 1 monitor at 1920 x 1080, looking to get another but its not a priority. I don't need any peripherals.

I only want to upgrade push out more frames in games and have a higher graphics settings, there arent really any issues was just looking for more power.

I have 2 cases the Antec ISK600 and the NZXT source 220, i would like to build in the ISK600 so a mini itx mother board would be needed if a new board is needed.

Thanks in advance for any feedback!

swap out your 750ti for something like a 480 if you`re looking for frames

would the CPU bottleneck the graphics card because of the age difference?
