Hey guys  so well i pretty much have 3 full drives (i really really should clean them but i just can't worried that if i gotta redownload something itll take forever being on crappy internet connection).

I have my SSD drive 120gb (soon to be 250 thanks to people on this forum on another topic i had) got about 10gb or so left on it. a 2TB which is pretty much full (which i am now moving to a 4TB) and a 1TB which contains my recordings of gameplay i tend to upload to youtube.

I'm kinda of doing benchmarks, can't really do it like some other people, mainly just with a few games. Overwatch, Rage, Heroes of the Storm and Duke Nukem 3D megaton edition. Not benchmark worthy games really but these are a few i have problems with while streaming. I know it could be i don't have the right preset for the CPU settings or my CPU could just be that out-dated but still thought it would be cool to try it out anyway. Using HotS and overwatches inbuilt FPS overlay and FRAPS FPS overlay for Duke 3D and RAGE and checking them out while they run on xsplit free and OBS.

Right well the questions i kind of want to ask in this case are:

1. The main point, does drive space make a significant impact on FPS as well as loading times?

2. Do other drives connected being on low space but the game itself not on those drives affect FPS ?

No doubt i might have some more during the point of this thread but those are the main ones for now.

Specs currently are

MB - Asus P8Z68-V (non pci 3.0 gen)

CPU - Intel I5- 2500k (not overclocked, stock cooler)

GPU - Nvidia Geforce 780 GTX

RAM - 16GB G.skill DDR3 1600MHz RAM

SSD - Intel 330 120GB  (will be replaced with the samsung evo 850 250gb)

HDD1 - Samsung spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB

HDD2 - Seagate Barracude 2TB ST2000DM001 (will be replaced with a HGST NAS 4TB)

PSU - Silverstone strider 850W Silver SST-ST85F-P

So before i do these little tests and taking out/replacing parts to do this whats the general opinion/facts on this?
