Depends on the game and settings. But overall, you should be fine.

yes you should be fine for the most part but hopping up to an i5 could make a world of difference, you can get haswells pretty cheap used on ebay now if you don't mind used

why would you buy a 280x?  What price are you getting and how much does that compare to rx 470 prices where you're from?

depend on the game and screen resolution...in CPU demanding titles the CPU might hold you back and will create some stuttering at times...overall i think it's a fairly good match for 1080p gaming... but an i5 or i7 would be better.
