I honestly miss the "M" CPUs. Having a socket was great as you could really configure your system for your needs. Say, if I only play lighter games I could've gotten a i5 4200M and 860M and have a cooler system with more battery. Oh well

I actually wanted a Y510P with a i5 4200M and 750M for 1400BGN but it was not available anymore

that is a old laptop, why would you want that? other than being able to change the CPU ofc

Replaceable battery, 3 storage slots, replaceable keyboard, replaceable screen, VGA port (need it for work), 600BGN less than my current Y50, enough performance for 90% of my games.

well you can replace a battery in really any laptop, you just gotta know how, the same for keyboard and screen. The battery is neat. Oh yeah you don't play that demanding games

For games like Shogun 2 and SC2 - 750M is more than enough.

This is so true and so sad. I don't get how VGA is still a very common standard in enterprise settings. Companies just too lazy to upgrade.
