Do you like cake?

This is the base gingerbread-dough I made last Saturday. About 950 gram of honey, 50 gram of maple syrup, heated up to 70° Celsius, than cooled back down to 35° Celsius.

This is then mixed with 750 gram of type 1050 wheat flour and 250 gram of type 1150 rye flour.

What you do mean by cream?  I know what whipped cream is but when to me "cream" otherwise means some white liquid stuff you put in coffee.

I don't go out looking for it. I don't eat any sort of snack. Soda sometimes.

But if you offer me one, sure , why not.

I honestly don't like cake that much believe it or not. If I get a say I choose either Brownies, soft cookies or pie. Cake itself is usually too fluffy and flavourless.

 

I see cake really as a frosting delivery system. That's the real start of the show right there. In fact l kinda feel like go buying a can of cake frosting and having just that, no cake.
