The color seems to be a bit different too, but that could just be a different photo camera they used

The difference between the two will be minimal probably, especially since the difference in timings is so low. I would go for the cheaper kit tbh.

They will have to run at the same speed. Usually, you get the faster one running at the slower speed. Timings will also have to match, so again, the slower timings (unless you can overclock the slower one to match the faster one)
