Hello!

So here is the thing. I live in Slovakia, middle Europe. Tech shops here are pretty much overpriced. I keep finding great deals on sites like NewEgg, Amazon or whatever in USA. And that brings me to my question; How is it with shipping and warranty stuff, if I ordered something from NA to Europe? Or could you suggest me some e-shops closer to me than NA, something like Germany or UK? And lastly, feel free to tell me your experiences with this kind of stuff.

Thank you so much in advance!

VAT/customs would kill any deals you got here though, right?

Shipping from the US is not worth it. You could look into how expensive shipping from Germany is though.

Take a look at some sites like alternate.de, amazon.de, etc. and find out how expensive shipping would be for you

Good  German stores are Mindfactor.de, Alternate.de and Amazon.de.

Like said, shipping, import fees and yaxes aren't worth it. Just shipping is around 60-80€. Import fees depend on what the product is. Like I paid 13€ import fees for foam wrist rest and some rubber o-rings. Which I paid 18€ for. Plus US store listings show price before local tax.So you are getting bit false sense of value.

Warranty depends on company. Many will have you ship product to shop. At your own cost.

Thank you so much! I looked into those sites and it seems like prices are 10-15% lower than here, no idea about shipping and stuff, as I know just a bit in German.

Definitely not buying anything from NA shops.

Shipping to here is 17-30€. I used Google Translate which works fairly well.
