With AMD, get anyone except Asus and Gigabyte. They've had various issues with their coolers and BIOS' in the past and I'd happily ignore them.

I can buy a reference 8 GB Rx 480 for two hundred so should I buy it or spend an extra 70 bucks for an auto which I don't want to do at all

I can purchase a reference sapphire Rx 480 8 GB for 200 dollars, is it worth it or should I REALLY have to spend 70 more on an aftermarket, which I don't want to do AT ALL.

means, however if your asking if you should get a 480 8GB reference design for 70 bucks less than another non reference design then the answer is yes.

the reference is really loud but can easely be modded to be a single slot watercooled card if that is your thing.

If sound is a problem for you go with a aftermarket otherwise get the reference

IDK what an auto is but there's no point in upgrading to a non-reference. For only $250 you could get an aftermarket-cooled 6GB GTX 1060, which is more powerful than the RX 480. Or, for $200, you can get an aftermarket 3GB GTX 1060.

Lol I mean aftermarket lel autocorrect, well the reason I want the 480 is cause it will last longer because of its dx12 performance, and I might want cf eventually.

Just a question, do you need to do maintenance on aio liquid coolers?

If you have headset which can reduce the sound made by the reference design, go give it a shot.

If you it's an issue for you to hear the fans then go custom design.

Yes I have a g930 which the reference can't be any louder than my CPU cooler lol.

No. Except maybe blow the radiator out, or put on a new/quieter fan if you want. But that's something you have to do on an air cooler too.

i would save up more and get a 1060(all depends on the games you will be playing, lots of DX12 and Vulcan based games i go 480, otherwise 1060) but otherwise i dont really know, google says they are shady AF with some people not getting there stuff and others reciving broken products
