200F is like 20KM/h?

Usually a "bad mount" causes the cooler to behave inefficiently. Reseat the block in place and make sure there is good contant between the cooler and the CPU lid.

Does the pump make strange noises? is the pump actually powered and working? How did you plugged it in to the system?

It seems like it'd break at that heat. How hot can these things handle?

thermal throttling is supposed to not even let it get above 67.4°C, but if it does it should slow it down if it stays at that temp for long it will damage the processor so i would check your thermal paste and replace the H60 with the stock cooler to see if your temps stay high or low and then test the H60.

also dont forget to check the cooler if you've left the plastic sheet on it. it sounds dumb but the best of us have had that happen to them

The Corsair coolers has preapplied thermal paste and doesn't come with plastic on the block itself.. They do have a hard plastic cover, but it's not possible to mount the damn thing with it on.

I reseated and everything but i still had no improvement, then i noticed something. I had put the cooler in the wrong pins and they weren't on. I actually feel like an idiot but now everything is doing good and it seems like no damage has been done, maybe a few years off its lifespan. Thanks for all the help guys. :)
