Best BSEL moddable core2duo?

Working on a PC for a friend. I have core2duos up to 3.0ghz, and the q8400 has the highest FSB speed that the board supports. Is there another CPU of a higher multiplier yet lower FSB speed I could BSEL mod to the same FSB as the q8400, thus getting above 3.0ghz?

that would require buying one. Thats why I said core2duo, I already own many.
