Asus Gtx 1070 turbo

So I found this gtx 1070 for sale on amazon and I know that its a blower style cooler which is dissapointing but I am wondring if anyone knows if I can water cool it because its the cheapest 1070 I can find right now and I wouldn't mind watercooling it in a year. Anybody have any experience with it and knows its stock temps?

It's a reference pcb, so yeah, you can water cool it. The 1070 is not a really hot card, it should perform almost identical to the founders edition cooler, it's just plastic instead of metal.  The 1070 fe cooler doesn't have a vapor chamber like the 1080, it's just a regular blower.
