CPU Over 100 Degrees F

No. 100 degrees F is fine. 100C though is a different story.

100F? No. Mine idles a few degrees below that. 100C can do damage to the CPU if it runs that hot for an extended period, but modern CPUs have a thermal throttle built in to prevent that from happening.

Will a FRY when going over 100 Degrees Ferinheit. My Friend says His CPU is over that, and send me screenshots, which I swear it would get fried if i'm correct.

100F = 37C. CPUs are usually going to the 80C -> 176F, so it's totally fine and normal.

Also, don't use F metrics. Within the context of PCs, use C and C only

100C can do damage, but unless you disable thermal throttling in BIOS, the computer would shut itself down before any real harm was done.

That is subjective. I use both when dealing with PCs.

Within the context of the world, use objectivity, and objectivity only.

As long as people know how to convert it's fine, but the ideal is to use both since both are popular scales

Never really seen anyone measure things in F, but okay... I wonder what you do that requires such numbers to be used.

Commonality.

That's what residents in USA use primarily, and what I grew up using.

I read that as 100C for a minute. But seriously, 100F is fine, but you should really change that temp reading to C. 80C and lower under load is considered safe for most CPUs anyways.

Yeah, I know. But out of the USA techtubers I've seen, I don't think I've ever looked at F measurements.

But I digress. We should all move to Kelvin anyway.
