¿Applying Artic Silver 5 To a Reference card?

Hi guys i was wondering if i can apply AS5 to my Reference R9 290 without a problem, 
Actualy im using Ceramique 2 for it but idk i think that Artic Silver 5 may work better,

could void your warranty,so better check that.
Otherwise i don't see a problem

Like they are gonna look what thermal paste he uses...he just says that he did not replace anything and its all good,the world is a tough place ;)

the problem with some is the removal of the cooler,just saying in case has to use the warranty in the future
