Seems fine to me, I don't know why you're upgrading to Skylake from a 4690k.. $600 for marginal performance gains sounds useless to me. 

Then again, tell that to people who sold their 980Tis or TitanX's for a 1080

Why get a h80i? You can get a h115i for like $15 to $20 more....

why upgrade you i5 though? i think you will be more happy if u just buy a gtx 1070 and you will have a great gaming time lol. and how much is your upgrade budget?

so rendering and streaming? hmm maybe just upgrade to an i7 4790k? so you don't have to change your motherboard, also not much of a different between skylake and devils canyon in performance. and once again budget?

not much though, but the good thing about buying a new mobo is upgradability for newer cpus. and hey! it's your choice bruh
