large wifi network Help me design large WiFi network please

Hey guys, I am designing City wide WIFI network for my village in India, diameter is not greater than 4 Kilometers, I am thinking to use Open Mesh routers for the same as they have self healing mesh, i just wanted to know which models will be used for this type of network, 

I have attached image of network design, I want all you people to suggest me, which Access Points/Antennas/Repeaters/Routers should i use in entire design
Starting from the Office, to CPE Access Points, Gateway Routers and Router Repeaters. 
The network is based on open mesh concept, hence i prefer to use Open Mesh devices, suggest which open mesh device fits better in which location.

Green Are Access Points Connected to OFFICE p2p connection
Red are Gateways Connected to nearest access point with direct internet connection
Yellow are Router repeaters who repeats the internet from gateway.

I would take a look at the Ubiquiti IniFi aps because they still seam better in every-way,.
